To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
  • UK customers will then receive an email with their Collect+ returns label and instructions on how to use this.

 

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 60 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition
  • Unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

Are there any charges for return?

  • You are not charged for the return process.
  • For UK customers, please use the FREE returns label, provided by Collect+
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • If you are an international customer from outside of the UK, you are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.

 

How soon will I get my refund/exchange?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
  • If a refund is approved, this will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.
  • If an exchange is approved, this will be processed, and the new item(s) will be sent to you via the standard shipping method.
