HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Standard delivery within the UK will arrive within 2-3 days. International orders, from outside of the UK will arrive within 7-10 days. Alternatively, we offer an express service which will arrive the next working day in the UK if ordered before 12pm.

 

WHAT IF I NEED TO REFUND OR EXCHANGE?

We offer a 60 day returns policy on all of our products. If for any reason, your product does not suit your requirements, please use our Online Returns Form and follow the instructions.

 

CAN I TRACK MY RETURNED ORDER?

If you are a UK customer, we provide you with a FREE returns label, once you have submitted your return request via the Online Returns Form.

You can return your package at your nearest Collect+ Store.

You can then track your returned parcel using Collect+.

If you’re an international customer, you can also return your order to us however; you must do so at your own expense.

WHAT IF I PUT THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT – CAN I CHANGE IT?

If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, contact us as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so. If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it. 

The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.

WHAT ARE THE CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR PRODUCTS?

Close up any zippers and turn the clothes inside out before you put them in the washing machine. The grime on your workout clothes is mostly on the inside, not the outside. It keeps the colours brighter and helps avoid snags during the cycle.

Wash at 30 degrees celsius on a gentle / medium-intensity washing machine programme.

Do NOT use fabric softener.

Do NOT iron.

Air dry, if possible. If you use a dryer, use the lowest heat setting possible to avoid damaging the fabric. Before putting clothing into the dryer, do a sniff test, and rewash if the odor is still in the fabric. Machine-drying tends to bake the odor into the fibers.

 

DO YOU HAVE A WOMEN’S RANGE?

We don’t currently offer products suited for women. For many years, women were restricted to smaller versions men’s sportswear in pink. Otherwise known as the “shrink it and pink it” phase. Thankfully the industry has come a long way since then and what’s known as women’s activewear, is now very much abundant – almost to the point of market saturation. In the meantime, options for men have been lacking. This is one of the main factors that led us to create premium activewear for men. That being said, if the demand for a women’s range of Anpassa apparel is there, we would certainly consider the possibility…
