Anpassa Product Guarantee

At Anpassa Sports Apparel, we strive to make our products to the highest standard of quality and durability. That's why all our products are covered by our 365-day guarantee. 

Anpassa will repair or replace, at our discretion, any product with a fault outside of normal wear and tear for up to 365 days after purchase.

We've partnered up with The Clothes Doctor to provide a high-quality repair service for any of our products that require some extra care and attention. If your product is covered under the 365-day guarantee, we will cover the cost of repair. 

Even if your product is no longer covered by our guarantee, we encourage all our customers to increase the lifespan of their products by contacting The Clothes Doctor directly.

Normal wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of use. This includes, but is not limited to: colour fade, fabric abrasion, and general breakdown of materials. The Anpassa guarantee does not cover a customer’s change in opinion on the product, lost products, or damage from falls, exposure, or extreme use.

If your Anpassa product was purchased more than 365 days ago, it is no longer protected under our Anpassa Guarantee. Please check our Online Returns Form or contact us at hello@anpassa.co with any questions or concerns.
