Tracking Information will be sent in an email. You can also track your order using the Hermes App.
We offer FREE standard delivery all on UK orders over £100.

Customs and Import Fees
All orders are shipped from the UK and may have additional imports fees upon delivery.
If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to Anpassa, a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we'd recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a refund, provided it is within 60 days of receipt of your order.
Returning your order is simple. Go to our Online Returns Form and follow the instructions.
You can return your package at your nearest Collect+ store.
For UK customers, we provide a FREE returns label. This can then be tracked with Collect+
If you’re an international customer, you can also return your order to us however; you must do so at your own expense.
